The first book titled “PRACTICAL COMPUTING USING MATLAB: The Basics” teaches basic computing or coding (programming) skills using the MATLAB software from MathWorks.
This second book teaches how to use the coding skills to solve basic and practical exercises in key subjects including Math, Economics, Finance, and Physics. In order to be consistent with the subjects and lessons being studied at Primary and Secondary Schools throughout Papua New Guinea (PNG), most of the exercises demonstrated in this book were selected from the Primary and Secondary school lesson documents as provided by the Flexible, Open and Distance Education (FODE). The FODE curriculum is guided by the PNG Department of Education’s Mission. While this text is primarily meant for young and interested Papua New Guineans who are keen on learning the core computing skill in coding, anyone with similar interest may find this book of some benefit.
